SG Iron Castings, CI Graded Castings

We are making casting to the grade SG Iron Castings having grades 400/12, 400/15, 400/18, 450/10, 500/7 and 600/3. Also we are manufacturing CI Graded castings FG 200, FG260, FG 280 and FG 300. We are maintaining ‘S’ & ‘P’ level upto 0.03% max. & 0.08% max. at present respectively. We have Casting Testing facility with spectrometer, which covers Chemical composition. And for Physical properties such as tensile strength etc. these test are carried out in sister concern Laboratory METAFORE SYNTHESIS.

We are manufacturing following types of castings

Automobile Industries :
Flywheels Grade 500/7 which is required for Force Motors, Rotor castings for two wheeler & three wheeler, Drum Inserts rings, Hub Clutch Inserts, Clutch Drum Sprocket for Royal Enfield.

We are manufacturing various sizes of ‘Plungers’, which are suitable for different types of Pressure Die Casting Machines. The plungers we supply are ‘alloyed’ plain, finish machined and hardened ground.
Through our enriched experience and technological know-how, we have reached at a metallurgy, which renders more life to plungers. We have specialized in the manufacturing of harden able plunger material with our own research & development work & help/feed back from our customers. The metallurgy is closely monitored to control the dependability on our plungers.

Agriculture Industries :
Various types of Pump Casings / Brackets, Back plates Motor frames of various ratings of pumps castings etc.

PRODUCTION RANGE

Above said all items are mass production items of which quantity varies from 500 nos. to 150000 nos. per month. We can produce castings weighing from 0.100 Kgs to 200 Kgs per piece. Our present capacity is 350 tones per month.
